WOCU 2013 Re-weighting Summary – China up Yet Again, Saudi Arabia Stays In

The November 2013 re-weighting shows the Chinese Yuan up yet again as the stand-out riser, up 1.27% from 13.05% to 14.32% of the WOCU. The included Eurozone countries all posted falls from between 0.16% (Netherlands) to 0.48% (Germany). Saudi Arabia (previously seen in the WOCU just once in 2008) re-entered the WOCU at 1.03% in 2012; the Saudi Riyal has now cemented its position at 1.27%, up 0.23%.
